CONTENTS OF THE TRAVEL FOR CHARITY HOSTEL
Travel for charity Hostel is fully furnished to a nice standard. The kitchens is fully equipped with all cutlery and crockery, bedding and towels, fully equipped kitchen with kettle, cooker, fridge, TV and Internet
A full inventory of all equipment is provided. No items are to be removed from the Hostel during your stay. The property and all equipment must be left free of damage at the end of rental period. Except in the case of normal wear and tear the hirer will be responsible for making good the apartment or its contents which has occurred due to negligence, willful damage or irresponsible behavior on the part of those occupying the apartment or their guests. Any damage must be reported without delay, to our Hostel, The cost of repair or replacement must be agreed with and paid to Travel for charity Hostel.
If any damage or replacement is required, tenant shall be liable to pay a minimum of USD 35 for each item. Any disputes with the contents in the inventory checklist have to be raised within 12 hours from the date of arrival otherwise is implicitly assumed that you have agreed to the contents of the inventory and the conditions of the items.
We request that 45-minutes before your departure, to notify one of the Travel for charity Hostel, staff who can finalize formalities of inventory checks.
BOOKING AND PAYMENTS
All bookings applications and any payment accepted by Travel for charity Hostel are subject to these terms and conditions of occupancy which are considered to have been accepted in full by the hirer and all persons in the party.
All prices are quoted in US dollars, however the payment can be done in TSHS but it must be equivalent
A deposit of USD 100 is required with signed booking form for people who are staying for more than 20 days.
Booking is only confirmed upon receipt of your deposit. Written confirmation and receipt for the deposit will be sent to you via e-mail.

PAYMENTS:
All payments have to be made in ADVANCE at our Hostel office.
CANCELLATION:
All notification of cancellation must be made in writing to Travel for charity Hostel, through this email, hostel@travelforcharityhostel.org ; If the cancellation is received within 7-days prior to arrival then all payments will be refunded less USD 20 cancellation fee and costs associated with it.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURES
Check-in time is from 10.30 A.M. while check-out time is between 10.30 AM any variation to these times can be made with prior permission from management. Any checkouts not authorized by management and after checkout time, the client shall be charged for that full day.
CLEANING SERVICES
Cleaning services are ONLY available between 8.00 AM and 12.00 P.M every day. They include maid services every day. All linen and towels are included and changed once a week.
COMPLAINTS:
Any complaints about the Travel for charity Hostel or their contents must be reported on-site and recorded accordingly. Failure to do so, we will not be held responsible in any way. Following that, any dissatisfaction arising with the handling and resolving of the complaint on-site must be received by us in writing not later than 7 days after the client’s departure. Failure to do so will result in the hotel taking no responsibility or action.
INSURANCE AND LIABILITY:
Travel for charity Hostel cannot be held responsible in any way for theft, loss, or damage to any personal belongings at the Hostel location. Nor can we be held liable for acts of defaults caused by third parties. Also, we are not responsible for compensation for any losses to the stores/goods during or after your stay. Nevertheless, we shall not be held responsible for personal injury or any other form of disability or inconvenience and financial responsibility shall be that of the client alone. You are advised to ensure that your own insurance policies cover loss or damage to personal property during your stay. You are advised to take out adequate travel and personal insurance.
PERSONAL INSURANCE:
The Hostel hire cost does not include any personal insurance cover. It is recommended that the clients have their own insurance against personal accidents and illness.
RESPONSIBILITY:
We will not accept responsibility or be liable for inconveniences or financial implications of any sort arising from any incident on the premises during your stay. This includes any lack of service not available due to areas out of the hotels’ control like water shortage, power cuts, weather conditions, and all others.
LOST PROPERTY:
Any items left in the Hostel will be kept for 3 months after the departure date
NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS:
The number of people permitted to occupy each room is 2–4people of the same sex in a room. It may however be possible for a child below age 12 to share a bed with the parent. Please contact us to discuss it.
PETS:
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at Travel for charity Hostel,
SECURITY:
The premise is very secure and is guarded .

LAW:
These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the Law of the UNITED REPUBLIC OF TANZANIA.
